The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, a kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, TV, and free Wi-Fi. The terrace is furnished with modern outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
Located within El Salobre Golf Resort, you have access to top-class golf facilities and can enjoy various dining options and spa services at the nearby Serenity hotel. A supermarket is conveniently located at the entrance of the gated community.
Private parking is included. For stays longer than 9 nights, cleaning with linen and towel change is provided. A cot and high chair are available on request for children under 2. The property is in a residential area; parties or activities that may disturb neighbors are not allowed. Exceeding the maximum number of guests is prohibited.
